DIGITAL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Digital Products Only

TheSheetBook sells downloadable digital products. No physical item will be manufactured or shipped, and no package will be delivered by mail.

  1. Delivery Method

After successful payment, the purchased files are normally made available through:

  • a download section on the order confirmation page; and

  • an email containing the download link.

Delivery is handled electronically through Shopify Digital Products.

  1. Delivery Time

Digital products are generally available immediately after payment has been successfully processed.

In some cases, payment verification, fraud prevention checks or technical processing may delay access by several minutes or longer. Orders with incomplete, declined or pending payments will not be delivered until payment has been confirmed.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing a valid and accessible email address;

  • checking spam or junk folders for the download email;

  • using a compatible device and the software stated in the product description;

  • downloading and safely storing the purchased files;

  • extracting ZIP folders before opening the included files; and

  • maintaining an internet connection where required.

Google Sheets products may require a Google account. Excel files require a compatible version of Microsoft Excel or another application capable of correctly opening the stated file format.

  1. Missing or Defective Files

If a download link is missing, does not work or the delivered file appears to be defective, please contact us and include the Shopify order number and a short description of the problem.

We will reasonably attempt to restore access, replace the file, provide a corrected version or offer technical assistance.

Do not send payment card information or passwords by email.

  1. Download Availability and Storage

Customers should download and save their files promptly after purchase.

While download access may remain available through the confirmation email or customer account, permanent access to a hosted download link is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for keeping a secure backup copy after downloading.

  1. Shipping Charges and Customs

Because all products are delivered digitally:

  • no physical shipping fees are charged;

  • no tracking number is issued;

  • no customs duties apply to a physical shipment; and

  • no physical delivery address is used for shipping.

A billing address may still be required by the payment provider for payment verification and tax purposes.

  1. Product Updates

The purchase includes the version of the product available at the time of purchase.

Future updates or revised files may be provided at our discretion or where expressly stated in the product description. Continued access to future versions is not guaranteed.

  1. Refunds

Questions concerning refunds, cancellations or defective digital products are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
